I’ve been going to Cathy for my highlights for about eight years now, and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to listen and really cares about getting the result just right. The highlights she does for me always turn out beautiful and natural. I constantly get compliments from friends, and many of them ask where I got my hair done. It was my first time at Gatsby Studio in Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill, and I had a wonderful experience. Sara did a great job cutting my hair. I went in on Sunday evening for a cut and style because I had a breakfast event on Monday — and the curls actually lasted! Very happy with the service.

My first experience here was lovely! The skin consultation was extremely informative and they did not pressure me to purchase products. The experience overall was genuine and relaxed. My facialist was very meticulous and wonderful, it was the first time that I experienced microdermabrasion and they adjusted the pressure to my fit my needs. I felt very well cared for and every product that was applied was explained to me. My face has never felt so refreshed and clear! Thank you!

I love Gina. She’s very passionate on what she does and my Forma facials are something I look forward to.

I had a skin assessment with Jenny who was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any treatment or anything I didn’t need like other skin clinics I have been too. I ended up going with Forma and had my first treatment. I am beyond thrilled how well my skin responded and the noticeable change just after the one session. I actually went out the folllowing day without any make up. My skin feels so refreshed and clear. In addition, Jenny also provided recommendations beyond the clinic treatment which I’m very grateful for. Thank you Jenny!!!!
