I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, my coat and belongings were placed in a locker and I was robed up and the lady even tied it for me! I was escorted to my hair dressers seat and I was given a tea menu. My hair wash was amazing, I got a great massage and thorough wash. And what can I say about the star hairdresser Raff. He was amazing. I didn't know what cut to get and he recommended a cut and took over. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you Raff! Thank you to the whole team.

Excellent first experience at this salon! Cynthia did an excellent job on my gel manicure with marble nail art. She was very accommodating, attentive to detail, and consistently ensured I was satisfied with the result. I also appreciated that the nail appointment began on time and finished earlier than expected. Overall, I was very pleased!

My girl friends and I are regulars at MBL because we receive the best service every time we go in! Cynthia looks after me and she is absolutely amazing! I love how she provides recommendations based on the condition of my nails vs trying to sell me on extra product. My nails are perfect every single time! I also want to give a shout out to the receptionists! They respond so quickly to my requests and very helpful.

Very happy with my pedicure by Linh today! Not only is she very skilled and efficient but she’s very friendly and considerate. She would take the time to confirm the type of service I booked and if I was happy with my nail shape and colour. I’ve been coming to MBL for over a year now and they never disappoint!

I always have a great experience with Euni. I've gone to her three times now and she always offers me good suggestions for a haircut that will best suit my face. She's very kind, takes her time, and makes sure I'm satisfied with the end result. Would highly recommend Euni to anyone booking!

Euni did my hair so good every time! She is always so friendly and nice, always able to give advice according to your style. Will definitely come back later! The staff and reception were so welcoming and helpful too;)
