Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. Danny is a next level hair specialist. She stripped my hair to tone it down one shade as it was too dark for my complexion. My colour is amazing now and the cut is beautiful. My hair has not been damaged by the colour strip solution at all. In fact it is in a better condition. I also loved Annie’s extra care at the basen massaging my scalp. All over a 6 star experience.
