Today I had my first appointment with Brianna at Crown & Glory Hair Spa & let me tell you I felt LOVED ON. As a new natural girly she educated me the entire way. I left feeling knowledgeable & confident about caring for my natural at home. She was honest & gave feedback on condition & state of my hair. LOVE the products she uses. LOVE the scalp scrub. LOVE the camera feature she offered that allows you to see the back of your head. Overall over I felt welcomed & right at home. So excited for the future ! <3

I just got my hair washed, conditioned, and braided by Briana, and the entire experience was amazing. She has such a calm, kind energy that made me feel instantly at ease. The wash and condition felt so soothing, and she was incredibly gentle and thorough throughout. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and takes her time to make sure everything is just right. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment in her chair. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-tier care and a relaxing, professional experience.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Brianna . From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for.She took the time to really listen to my concerns and went over everything ensuring she used the right products for my hair. My hair wasn’t in the best condition as I’ve been wearing braids for a very long time. Brianna was so attentive, really working with it to address my specific needs. She carefully selected products and made thoughtful adjustments throughout the session to make sure my hair responded well. Definitely going back!
