Helpful staff. Acknowledging, kind, reassuring and understanding. During the laser treatments, they guided me on what they were going to do during the procedure and whilst, also asking if I’m okay during the process. Thank you to everyone at Diamed London Clinic on making it a great experience.

Always love coming into the salon to get my hair done. Gemma is so lovely and so professional at what she does. I wanted to have a certain colour and she was so honest with what the outcome would look like, I trusted her judgment and went with her professional opinion and I absolutely love my hair colour. All the girls are so lovely and such a nice vibe in the salon. I highly recommend this salon x

I came to Isabella for a colour correction on my balayage. My consultation was incredible, being fully listened to and advised on how to achieve the results I wanted. I never felt rushed and Isabella really took her time to ensure my colour was perfect. 15 years of dying my hair and this is by far the best it’s ever looked. Her warm and friendly manor made the 3.5 hours in the hairdressing chair fly by. Thank you so much for making me feel like me again

I just completed my full body laser hair removal treatment at Diamed Clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly life-changing. The clinic was spotless and had a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The beauty therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout each session. She explained everything clearly before we started, answered all my questions, and checked in with me constantly to make sure the settings were right for my skin type.

I had the kerasilk treatment done on my natural afro hair, it came out lovely, so much better than I expected. I will definitely be a regular.

My daughter has really curly hair and its so hard to find hairdressers that cut it whilst curly, which achieves the best results. Michelle did a fab job and didn't take to much length off but gave it lovely shape, and the condition is so much better. Thanks Michelle, its not easy to please a 16 year old, but yoy certainly did!
