Such a brilliant hairdresser. Katie came to us and did both my hair and my child’s hair and was so patient calm and understanding throughout. My neurodivergent children chatted non stop and she handled it beautifully. She really listened and nailed exactly what we both wanted. Absolutely love my new hair 💞 After having an in depth consultation with Charlotte discussing what I wanted, the different colour options and what would work best for me - I opted for a full head of colour with lots of shine a butterfly cut and blow dry - I love it! Feels and looks so much healthier - so pleased I found Charlotte and I can’t wait for my next appointment in June 🫶
