Really pleased with my colour and cut from Natalie. She took lots of time to get to know my hair and talked through what would work well. My consultation before hand was really thorough. It was a lovely morning in the beautiful new salon, which is really nicely done and makes for a really relaxing experience! Natalie was great all the way through my treatment, and my hair looks great!! Thank you! X

I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

I literally cannot recommend enough! Emily is so professional. From the consultation to the colour/treatment and cut, Emily was so thorough and is genuine. Emily gives sound advice for what is best for your hair and is honest for what’s achievable and best for the customer but still goes above and beyond to deliver results. I walked out feeling the best I ever had when visiting a hairdresser. I will 100% continue to use Emily as my hairdresser and will be recommending

Today I did the structure repair treatment and can't recommend it enough. My blonde hair is so shiny, something quite rare to obtain if you have blonde hair.
