Today i had Simona beautiful complete my wash cut and blow dry, she gave me a relaxing experience while having it washed , she spoke to me about how much i should be cutting and made me feel at ease about it all since she could tell i love my long hair, at the end i was given a choice between straight and curly- at first i chose curly since thats how i prefer it but she explained how id we blow dry it straight then she can see if there’s any perfecting needed. i then changed my mind to have it blow dried straight and she finished the cut off. Thank you very much for the amazing service

Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. I especially appreciated how Kujay patiently assisted me when I missed my way and kindly waited at the entrance to ensure I arrived safely. I also had a wonderful experience with Dara—she was respectful, professional, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her kindness and expertise truly stood out, making the experience even more pleasant.

I always enjoy my time with Adrianne and she is very professional and lovely talk to. I find it very restful at Marie Charles when having my hair done and enjoy having a cup of coffee too. This time though, I was disappointed to find that they had run out of coffee and was offered tea, which I accepted, but I never received it during my appointment, which I was disappointed at.

Just had my hair cut by Bernadette. Managed to get an appointment for exactly when I needed it. She is so lovely and provided an amazing service, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a fantastic haircut, will absolutely coming back here!
