Penda did my hair treatment, very honest and gentle lady. She gives advice on hair , she does not just look at the money but thinks about client needs. I loved her for the passion she has for her clients to get the right outcome from their visit. Good job Penda, you have changed my mind about visiting the salon. I love visiting this hair salon and seeing Tyler for the royal treatment. He is a great hairstylist and really listens to what you want from your hair. I always feel pampered when I go and get my hair done, too

Had a Pedicure with Imogen. She is absolutely the best I have had. Shes careful and very professional my feet feel wonderful after my treatment. So very pleased thank you so much. I would like to add I had foot surgery a couple months ago so my foot is very sensitive. She was amazing.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Made to feel welcome by all the staff. From start to finish, they talked me through the treatments to be used, and what to expect I was very well looked after, and pampered during my visit. The massage chair, was a great little bonus, during the Hair washing. The end result was so much better than I was expecting. Would highly recommend
