Had a blow out done with Cyndee. I showed her a picture and she executed the style I wanted even though this was hard work for my type of hair. She's very friendly and enjoyed chatting to her during the treatment. So far its my second appointment at Milano hairdressing and both times I had a great experience.

I just had the coco choco keratin treatment applied by Sasi and I don't think my hair has ever felt so smooth and soft. I am blown away by the results. I cannot recommend this treatment enough!

I had the Cocochoco Keratin Treatment with Sisi. I will definitely be returning to have this treatment again in the future. At my consultation Sisi was informative and advised me on everything I needed to know about the treatment. Then at my actual appointment for the treatment she was lovely to speak to her and took care and pride when performing the treatment. I left the salon feeling amazing and as for the treatment itself I am very impressed so far. I have found that my hair is so much more manageable now. It styles so well and I hopefully plan to get this treatment done every 6 months.

My favourite place to relax. I would never go anywhere else for any treatment now. I started my nail journey with Jade in May 2022 after becoming allergic to gel polish 2 years later with dip powder and I have never had such strong, healthy, long nails & I’m a hairdresser. I can tell Jade to do whatever design she fancies and I always come out with fabulous nails!!

I’ve been going to Carley now for slightly over two years and she has never failed to surprise me with her work, for someone who’s extremely nervous of change, Carley always accommodates. She’s such a friendly person who cares about her clients! I’ve recently have innoluxe treatment as well which has made my hair so shiny, overall extremely happy with the service Carley provides. Her salon is such a safe space and very welcoming, always excited to return and get back into the chair!

Paige is lovely and did an amazing job with my hair (conditioning treatment and wet cut). We talked through what I wanted and she explained how it would look. Highly recommend.

Carley is very welcoming and her services are amazing she always goes above and beyond to give you the best. Her new treatment Indian head massage is very relaxing and can’t wait for my next one already, the new hair treatment that’s included has made my hair the best yet very pleased with this new product.

Had the BEST experience with Carly at the butterfly lounge! She was so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my hair and what I can do to keep it in the best condition.
