Felicity was so sweet and my hair looks amazing. I cut it quite a bit because there was a lot of damage and I’m so happy with the result. I didn’t have to overexplain what I wanted, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. The place is also very cozy which is always a bonus 🤩

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Karen Silk Hairdressing! I visited for a winter hair treatment to revive my dry and dull hair, and Karen worked absolute magic. From the moment I stepped in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, taking the time to understand exactly what my hair needed. The winter treatment she recommended was perfect – my hair feels softer, looks shinier, and has so much more life to it now. Karen's expertise and attention to detail really show, and she explained each step, sharing tips on how to keep my hair hydrated through the winter months.

Felicity went out of her way to accommodate my updo for my daughter's wedding at Bath Registry Office & I was really pleased with the result. Thank you Felicity for listening to what I wanted & being warm & friendly. She made me feel relaxed & made sure that my hair was done efficiently to enable me to get to the Registry Office Registry Office in time for the wedding.
