Emma always does a wonderful job with my hair. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to what I want. I always feel comfortable with her, and it’s lovely to have a proper chat while she works. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, confident, and well looked after. The Coven Lounge has such a welcoming atmosphere, and Emma is a big part of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Pheobe regularly for Botox treatments and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. Phoebe is fantastic. I would trust her with my life, never-mind just my face ! 😂 So knowledgeable and sweet. She creates a really calm environment and takes her time, which is such a green flag when you are of course having work done to your face & body.
