Michelle is brilliant, she really knows hair and does a great job with my colour. She gets it right every time and blonde can be tricky. She’s a fantastic cutter too, she knows what hits different face shapes. Highly recommend.

This was my daughter's first time visiting Braids and Beyond and she had such a wonderful experience! Nicola instantly made her feel welcome and relaxed and she did an absolutely wonderful job on my daughter's hair. We will definitely be back- highly recommend! :)

Barchi gave me a wonderful pedicure. I was walking on air after that! Also enjoyed the massage chair. I had been gardening all afternoon resulting in a bad back. The massage cured that. Total lovely experience in relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Very happy with the attention given to getting a perfect nail finish for the Biab and with the new chairs it was comfortable too. It would be nice to be offered a glass of water though as it is a long process .

Nichola was amazing from start to finish, the girls absolutely loved their hair! We will 100% use braids and beyond again. Great value for money thank you very much!

I’m the happiest I’ve been with my hair for over a year and finally feel more like myself again! Michelle explains every step of the process, tells you how best to take care of your hair post appt, is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable opening your home to her. I have a 5.5mo daughter and Michelle was so understanding and flexible about my need to feed her/check on her etc throughout the appointment. I have put off going to a salon as I didn’t want to take my daughter - now I don’t think I’ll ever go back to one!

I had a pedicure as I do a lot of walking and my feet now feel so, so soft and comfortable. Genuinely the best pedicure I've ever had, and I've been top end £100+ through to much cheaper. The massage chair is genius - the whole treatment was 5⭐ throughout. The staff treat you like friends too. Highly recommended.
