Excellent service! I had my extensions removed and was able to get a last-minute appointment the same day. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly polite and did a great job—though I’m not sure of her name. Highly recommend this place!

I went for a cut and blow dry. Leah did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and did exactly what I wanted. I felt like going to sleep thats how amazing it felt. I have really thick hair and bless her she was very patient and made sure she did it right.

This was my first experience with Reece and he definitely lived up to his outstanding reputation. As someone that as recently been struggling with confidence issues, he made me feel so at ease. He has a lovely personality so conversation flowed easily. My finished hair was just stunning. Exactly what I asked. The consultation was thorough so he knew what I needed from the cut. I've been coming here a year, and every visit has been fantastic. My hair always looks fabulous and stays healthy, thanks to the talented team. Maddie did my hair, and she did an outstanding job. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, creating a genuinely positive atmosphere. I’ve noticed they also celebrate each other's work, which shows a supportive culture. It's clear they have a great leader. Highly recommend! Opulence also do make up, eyebrows, nails and aesthetics pop in dont be shy the ladies will help you.
