Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! Every visit with Kaci is such a treat! I’m always amazed by her skill, creativity, and determination to deliver the best results. I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

Nicole was absolutely wonderful! Went in nervous due to previous hairdressers not having a clue on the style of cut I wanted; Nicole went through it all with me, recommendations, making me aware it needed a lot of styling. She fulfilled the cut absolutely wonderfully and guided me with my hair type/thickness etc how to style and cut it to achieve what I wanted from the reference pictures. I am exceptionally happy with my cut and will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you Nicole!!!

This girl NEVER fails to deliver, I’m the most picky person when it comes to anyone touching my hair, since finding Kacie at LOLO’s I will not go elsewhere. I’ve been all sorts of colours, cuts and just recently had my extensions fitted. Honestly feel amazing whenever I leave the salon, and the chat and gossip is just a bonus, feels like hanging out with one of the girls. Can’t thank or recommend her enough!

I had new tape in extensions with a half head of colour. Absolutely love the end result. 1st class by Natalie. Love love love my new hair.
