I had a lovely experience with Loukia today. It was a very relaxing and calm environment. I enjoyed the lovely botanicals facial & back massage which was gorgeous. The products used felt and smelt amazing when applied. Everything was explained prior to beginning each treatment with care and attention. Lots of nice little details to make you even more comfortable from the heated bed to the little choclate treat at the end!! Just perfection! Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.
