Izzy is always so lovely when she cuts my girls hair and it is so reasonable to get it done there early in the week compared to anywhere else in cheltenham. She also curled my daughters hair FOC whereas other salons would charge for this.

Had an absolute top-tier experience with Sasika. As someone who can get quite anxious in social settings, she made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked in—she has a fantastic, welcoming vibe and a genuinely safe aura. She took the time to properly listen to what I wanted and gave me a brilliant, custom textured cut with a sharp fade. Her attention to detail is unmatched, the styling advice she gave me was incredibly helpful,. Even now, a few days later, the cut still looks fantastic and holds its shape perfectly. Will definitely be making her my regular stylist.

Fantastic experience! My first time there but I felt so comfortable straight away. Got the perfect mix of chat and quiet time and Georgia was so knowledgeable, happy to take my lead but also happy to use her best judgement on what would suit me best. I wish I have found Samantha sooner. She has absolutely everything you need - perfect location with easy parking, wonderful service and huge range of options. I have quite fine hair and decided to have combline extensions. Samantha offered different options and did the job perfectly! Extensions blends in perfectly, feel like my own hair and make me feel confident. Samantha is perfectionist and believe me, you will leave her salon with perfect hair.

Fantastic. Tegan was superb not only in how she did my hair but also in making me feel totally relaxed. Such a lovely person. The atmosphere in the salon was very comfortable and I was able to park within two minutes which was a bonus. The prices were reasonable not exorbitant as other salons in Cheltenham. A very satisfying experience. I will definitely be going there again.

I had a wash and cut done by Saskia today and she was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. This was my first cut with Hiley Hair Club and since moving to Cheltenham I had been extremely nervous about getting a haircut. The atmosphere and hospitality was second to none. I felt extremely welcomed and Saskia listened to all of my requests and helped walk me through exactly what she would be doing. I feel so much more like myself and cannot recommend this place enough. I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Saskia and the team for being so knowledgeable and kind.
