Fantastic as always! I had let my hair get into a real mess but Michael soon had it looking great. Three layers of extensions, a colour and shaping all whilst drinking great coffee and easy conversation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Lauren.

Always have a great experience at Ruchie and wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel relaxed and comfortable having my hair extensions/colour and it's done to a very high standard as I never have any problems. The thing I really love is just how friendly Michael and Lauren are, they make you feel like friends rather than clients. Have to say, the coffee is 5* too and you can even have a cocktail if you fancy it.

Maria ist fantastic! She is very kind, patient, helpful, she listens and gives sound advice. Oh, and she is really good at haircutting, too, and I always love my highlights! Actually, thinking about it, since I found her I am really happy and relaxed with my hair for the first time in my life (and I am almost 60!).

Brilliant save! Hair was ruined after going to a different place that offered a service that Michael didn't, not sure what went wrong in my head to decide to do that, the results from that place were horrendous, partly my fault as I knew the risks and still went for it, spent £250 for nothing. Sacrificed my food money for the month to get this appointment as I couldn't go around with that hair especially if I am an actor/model, at no surprise, it came out beautiful, my hair looked so healthy compared to when I walked in looking like Hagrid (Michael's description). I swear to never go elsewhere

5 stars. Callum is a great hairdresser. Really friendly and nothing too much trouble., I would highly recommend him to do your hair. All the staff at Redlocks are really good and there is always a lovely atmosphere there.

Soph is an absolute star! I've been going to her for 2/3 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's a sweetheart, as is everyone else in the salon. And has made me feel fabulous after every visit! It's practically either a therapy session or just catching up with a bestie at this point xx

Apart from my hair looking fantastic the friendly atmosphere and excellent experience was great. I would definitely recommend to my friends and a bonus of great perfumes and beautiful tropic cosmetics available to buy.

Really nice salon! Everyone makes you feel welcome. Elise who did my hair today is lovely! The colour and cut is perfect and so I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be coming back as it's probably the nicest salon I've ever been too.

Lexi was very patient and explained everything very clearly to me. My hair was already damaged and she made sure i had the right treatment and cancelled my balayage as it would damage my hair further. I really appreciate all Lexi help as the hair health is important overall. Looking forward to book more services in this saloon especially with Lexi.
