I think she’s a good stylist but I am not sure where the confusion about my time came from and because I liked her I decided to say nothing. I waited while she did someone else’s hair because I felt I would get my full time, but then she literally rushed what she did with my hair, repeatedly stating that she had until 7pm; but I arrived at 5pm and waited so I am not sure if the stylists are informed about the time to spend but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt rushed and felt my hair was unfinished because the stylist was not aware of the time to allocate to my hair.

I rarely get my hair done and for my first ever service at dark Shugar, I got the best experience of having the exact hair I wanted and it came out great. Blessing was a gem and she took the opportunity to make sure that I loved the hair which I’m glad she did. It made me happy that what I envisioned came out even better than I expected. 5 star experience and service from dark shugar, would definitely recommend anyone to come get their beauty services from here.

Karina did a very thorough job. I seldom see that kind of care taken any more. I especially like the extra work to remove the cuticle. I’m often annoy because the technician has not even bothered to consistently pushed the cuticle back. I will be back.
