Elle was so nice and gentle during my service. She accepted that I wanted just a trim and I wanted my hair to still be long. The highlights aren’t very noticeable as I expected but I still loved my service

Hello, I wanted to start by saying everyone is so lovely and have loved my colour both times I have been! I have found that when getting my hair washed. The lady only shampoos the top third of my hair and still doesn’t sud up that much! This leaves the bottom of my hair still oily and now a little itchy - meaning I will need to wash my hair the day after! I’m not sure if it’s because I only got half a head of foils, so she only shampoos that part? I would recommend shampooing the whole head so I don’t have to wash my hair for at least a couple of days! Thank you and merry Christmas!

I recently visited the salon for a color and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Rita took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that suited my face shape and hair type. For the color, she achieved the perfect shade I was hoping for, even though it took her some time. I’ve received lots of compliments from my friends and family.
