I have previously been to the brassall branch in 2021 and the experience was really bad so I had steered clear. Today was a complete 180 on what happened last time. Natasha and Emma were awesome. I have autism and donate my hair which normally involves a lot of coaching that I'm not comfortable with and i dont really like haircuts. They made the whole experience seemless despite me showing up early, they were hospitable and Natasha actually asked me in a non pushy and friendly way if I wanted something tweaked, I didn't really need to instigate. Best experience in about a decade. Thank you.

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

Fantastic colour and personalised experience. Obviously has huge knowledge on colouring and listens to client. First time I have walked out without a ring of hair dye on hair line which was fabulous

My visit there was good but I did explain at the start that I was mainly wanting a colour and on my previous visit I thought it was too dark so I wanted it to be one or two shades lighter. Instead it turned out to be close to jet black which looks artificial and people do comment about it. Unfortunately in the salon it's a bit hard to see the colour so I told them I was happy with it but when I looked into a mirror outside the salon I could see the colour better and it was black. I have a file in your salon but the girl doing my hair couldn't find it and had to ring someone to get the info.

Shannon is the best at hair extensions, I drive to see her from the Gold Coast :-) because it worth it! Highly recommend LMR salon.
