I have had a remedial massage with Kasia today and it was absolutely brilliant, I already feel so much relief around the area. Kasia clearly knows and understands the muscular skeletal system incredibly well and how to use different therapies to relieve pain tension etc. I felt like Kasia must have special X-ray vision to see all the pains and aches I have and target them. I booked a facial as a post marathon pamper and it was perfect. The facial was very thorough and the shoulder and scalp massage were so relaxing. Had a great first experience with Hannah I am suffering with a frozen shoulder and she worked on that area and also my head where I suffer tension headaches - we did breath work throughout which helped to ground me and help with relaxation I will definitely be booking to see Hannah again
