I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

Had an amazing facial!!!! I recently had the Platinum Facial at KV Beauty, and it was nothing short of amazing! The facial itself felt luxurious — my skin was gently cleansed, exfoliated, and nourished with premium products that left it glowing and hydrated. I could literally feel the tension melt away during the treatment, and the finishing massage was pure bliss!! My skin looks brighter, smoother and youthful. My 1st visit and definitely not my last. After problems with my neck and shooting pains in my head for over 12 months resulting in a diagnosis of occipital neuralgia I visited skin2sole. After a chat with Shannon about what I needed I was then subjected to the most amazing back shoulders neck and head massage. After a blissful hour of pure relaxation and massage I came out feeling brill. That has done me so much good and got rid of so much pain. Thank you shennon and I will see you in just over a week xx
