I returned to Maria for a follow up treatment for my ongoing sciatica. I honestly can’t express how amazing the experience was. She already knew my condition and treated me with such care and attention, working deeply on the affected areas while also giving me a full-body warm oil treatment that felt incredibly soothing. She followed the nerve pain and gently yet powerfully released deep knots throughout my entire body, and by end, I felt unbelievably light. I had a head and face massage as part of a yoga and wellbeing retreat day. It was amazing- very relaxing and revitalising. Carole also introduced the group to face yoga which was extremely interesting and something I will be adding to my daily routine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Touching Lives to anyone!

The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.
