Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a full body massage and head massage with Molly, and it was such a lovely experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and able to switch off. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Molly was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. I honestly feel like this is something I need to book every few weeks now because of how relaxed and refreshed it made me feel. Good friendly staff, really nice manicure, wish they cut the sides and around abit more to look like the online manicures i feel like abit of skin was still left, shaped my nails nicely buffed my nails and it left a really nice shine could use oil to give it that nice touch of end to a manicure.

I overall enjoyed the whole experience, the massage was very relaxing and environment was very calming and soothing. Especially enjoyed the scalp massage and that the massage table is heated. Only thing I would say is the music played during the treatment was one song looped for the whole treatment, at certain times during the treatment that was noticeable and slightly irritating but nothing that caused discomfort or annoyance. Othwerise everything was great, will return again!

This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

I had my first fully body massage with Minda and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and she focused on problem areas too. I felt like she really knew what she was doing, and cared - she didn't rush anything. I felt comfortable and would definitely come again. I had a full body, hands, feet, legs, stomach, chest, arms, back, face and even a slight head massage. When the phone rang or the doorbell, Minda didn't leave or become distracted, which was really appreciated.

Me & my daughter had a full body scrub ready for our holiday, excellent experience, very professional and very thorough, the products she used to exfoliate the skin smelt lovely, followed by a oil massage i came out with my skin feeling soft and silky. thankyou so much, we will definitely be back for other treatments xx
