I had a lovely experience with Dawn for my waxing and head spa treatment. She is such a warm and calming person, which really helped as it was my first time having these treatments done. I love the fact that with Dawn, there was an immediately calm and relaxed atmosphere which put me at ease. There was no expectations to talk throughout the treatment as Dawn made it clear from the start that this was "my time" and I was able to totally unwind and switch off. Today was my first treatment with Dawn. I had the head-spa and it was lush, I feel super relaxed and recharged. Thank you.

I happily became a regular user (basically addicted) to the Hollywood wax by Dawn. She is so confident in her job that I could easily fall asleep while she is waxing me. No pain at all, no stress, clean and sorted for weeks. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10
