Hot stone and reiki session with Jo , the room is very relaxing and calming . As always my session was relaxing, and eased away any tension I had. Reiki was amazing and starting to feel the energy more with regular reiki treatments and today felt more energised afterwards and would really recommend anyone who may be sceptical of the benefits to try for themselves .

What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I booked in with Jo after recommendations from a few people. She was lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. Her room is gorgeous, it makes you feel calm as soon as you walk in the door. Would definitely recommend a reiki session if you’re not feeling your best
