Fantastic wash, cut and blow dry by the lovely Loz who makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the second you walk through the door. Lots of knowledge shared when I asked how to better take care of my hair. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Fabulous couple of hours spent with Laura this morning, had a wonderful facial including shoulder massage, and then eyebrow wax and classic lashes. Left feeling blissed out and relaxed, with baby soft skin. Highly recommended!

Loz is absolutely amazing. I've struggled to find a hair dresser who understands my hair and she has advised me on products and care. I already notice a difference! Can't wait to return for my colour soon.

Ellie and Su were really friendly and both checked what I had booked was suitable for my hair before anything was done. The process was explained and I was provided through aftercare advise.
