However, Carrieann was wonderful as soon as I stepped through the door: Completely professional, warm & friendly and completely put me at ease. She carried out a thorough consultation & helped guide me to making an informed decision, no pressure, once she knew the area I wanted to improve. I had dermal filler in my 'marionette lines'. Carrieann talked me through each part of the procedure as she was doing it; not much discomfort and quickly done. A V. happy client 💫
