Great customer service. Dr Naren is excellent. He spends plenty of time discussing the client's hopes and expectations and executes his work in an efficient and professional manner. You can really relax during the procedure with the knowledge you're in good hands. Would definitely rocommend Skin Firm.

Swathi was very welcoming, professional and informative. It was my first time having Botox and she explained everything really clearly, discussed my current skincare routine and suggested some changes I could make to improve my skin and address the concerns I'd raised. Would happily recommend to others! Very clean environment too.

My first appointment and I was made to feel so welcome. Had a really good consultation followed by treatment, trim and given great ideas on getting the most out of my curls. It's a new journey for my hair as I've neglected it for 2.5 years but am starting a new journey with my curls, and loving it. Would definitely recommend a visit
