I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I am already vastly improved under the eye area and darkness has drastically reduced.

Well what can I say at the age of 60 I decided I needed a little help , after a consultation and lots of help and advice from Rachel I went for the vampire facial I was dreading it but it was absolutely painless , Rachel explained everything she was doing ,my face feels lifted and tight and my skin has a lovely glow I can defo see an improvement and I can’t wait to see the progress as the plasma starts to work , I’m booked in again in 6 weeks and can’t wait ! My first visit was skin consultation and I had one of the best experiences. Jakki was incredible. I really appreciate her transparency and knowledge. I would highly recommend her clinic to anyone. This was my first time at the salon, Carley has given me fantastic new brows, equally as good as Harrods have done my brows in the past, at a quarter of the price! I would happily recommend this salon to everyone wanting microblade eyebrows.

Zahra is an amazing person. I booked the wrong session and she quickly recognised and changed it without having to cancel it or ask me to rebook. Which was very smart. She also realised I would take time and made sure her next appointment was well aware of this. Which is very good. She is also gentle on the eyes and answered all questions and addressed my concerns. Would definitely recommend her service to anyone looking for great eye lashes.

It was my first time having a lash lift so I was a little nervous but Zarah was fantastic she explained everything and thought the procedure checked I was ok she is absolutely fantastic I have very short eyelashes but the results are fantastic very pleased i have booked in again thank you so much Zarah always a pleasure coming to your salon xxx

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!

I had a small skin tag removed from my eyelid. During my consultation it was obvious Jakkie was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer my questions. She explained everything clearly and professionally. The clinic is very clean and well equipped/organised. Pleasant experience. Would return for other treatments and recommend to others.

Honestly had a nice time getting my eyebrows done from the lovely Zahra. She explained the whole process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The results were fantastic – my brows were perfectly shaped. I’ve never trusted anyone with my eyebrows but she did such a great job. I was super nervous to have a skin tag removed on the eye area but her wonderful, calm persona and all the information she gave me completely made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend Jakki enough. I attended a consultation for skin tag/mole removal. Jakki explained everything regarding the treatment in 100% detail, very experience and knowledgeable and extremely professional. The clinic is extremely clean and has a lovely spa smell. The treatment was fabulous and the results I know ar going to be amazing. Jakki was excellent an I know for sure I would trust to do further treatments on me in the future.
