Ana gave lots of information which was very useful and I have booked a treatment as a result. Thank you One small thing the skin face scanner is in the middle of the shop which is a little strange. Plus the skin consultation was standing up in a room. Would have been a nicer experience if the face scanner was in a room where you could then sit down comfortably and have a chat about what treatments are recommended.

First cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatment with Kyla, following a free consultation. Kyla is very professional, friendly and makes you feel at ease. Her knowledge within the treatments she offers is extensive. Kyla explains the treatment at every step and aftercare routine is also covered in depth. My six week follow up appointment was booked too. I highly recommend Kyla and Heatherlea Clinic.

I love my time with Hayley, she is so warm, kind and helpful. She’s really helping me love and take care of my skin. I always look forward to my facials

I am happy with the service. It was my first eyebrow waxing ever. I got eyebrow tint too. I was bit nervous and excited both. Kashaf made me feel calm, comfortable and she was friendly throughout.
