I just finished my first package of 6 sessions for laser hair removal on my armpits and lower legs, which I started last February. Susan and Eva were both very accommodating and made every session comfortable. During the first three sessions, my hair started growing back after about 3 weeks, but over time, it took longer—around 4 to 6 weeks—before regrowth. I’m Asian with a brown skin tone, and the treatment worked really well for me. Overall, I’m happy with the results and the service!

This was my first time visiting Pemberley and the experience was amazing! Of course the ambience and aesthetics are on point but what I didn't expect was the above and beyond service - I've never felt so much like a VIP before and I truly appreciate how special the whole staff made me feel, I could definitely have spent hours there. Mia was very attentive to my comfort and asked all the right questions to give me the best service. My skin is still glowing from the facial and you can barely tell I even had my stubborn blackheads extracted. Thank you so much for the lovely day!

Iryna is consistently amazing! Every cut I’ve ever had with her makes me feel beautiful and comfortable in my own skin. Today she gave me a wonderful, soft, and gently layered cut on my long and very thick hair. After a year away due to the pandemic restrictions, it was such a pleasure to be back. Such a luxurious and relaxing experience! Clean facilities, attentive staff, amazing estheticians. I did a facial and massage and both were spectacular - they did a skin test to assess what I needed and the full body massage removed all my knots. Will definitely be returning regularly!

Everything was fantastic including the steam room, sauna and showers in the change room. But now that minimum wage has increased in Ontario to over $16, I think all retailers/restaurants should stop asking for tips on top of HST. It feels a bit like a cash grab and ruins an otherwise perfect experience. In Vancouver restaurants set their suggested tip percentages on pretax values, which motivates me to voluntarily give a higher tip.

This is the most gorgeous spa in Toronto!! Such lovely staff and beautiful environment to relax. Julia gave a wonderful full body massage despite the short duration and was able to loosen the knots in my shoulders. Eva then gave me such a relaxing and detail-oriented facial. I loved how knowledgeable she was and she spent a lot of time to perfect my skin and even eyebrows. Finished off wish some tea and desserts - such an appreciated touch. Thank you and definitely will be back!
