I went in in a funk, totally fed up with January and being me! But Michelle knows me well and knows what I’ve been thru. Was it a relaxing experience as usual? No but only because we discussed hormones, HRT, (my passion ) and supplements I came home with skin glowing, vigour renewed with a can do attitude. I could not be more pleased following my luxury facial with gentle skin peel, my skin feels refreshed, hydrated and rejuvenated. The relaxed ambience of the room, Kerri’s explanation, reassurance, touch and professionalism made the whole experience wonderful. I could not recommend Kerri more highly.

This was my first experience having skin tags removed and I was a little apprehensive as to what to expect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and Shannon was absolutely brilliant, she explained the procedure so I knew what to expect. There was a bit of sensitivity during the procedure but it was nothing major and after being numbed up it was a fairly quick process. Shannon explained everything as each tag was removed and I had 100% confidence in her. I would thoroughly recommend Shannon and Flow Aesthetics to anyone with a skin condition. Thank you.

Shannon was amazing, absolutely brilliant and one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with. I had what I thought was just a few skin tags and lesions that I was keen to sort out before getting married in 4 weeks time but it turned out to be many more than both myself and Shannon expected. She helped to calm my nervousness, as I was a bit apprehensive about getting this done and she did a fantastic job. Thank you so much Shannon, you should add that you’re a calming, caring and understanding therapist to your skill set as well.
