Beautiful salon, the most friendly and welcoming team you could wish for. Zoe, who does my brow lamination and LVL is the queen of it. She tailors everything to how I’d like them, and takes so much time and precision doing them. I’ve had them done so many times but still can’t believe the results every occasion. I was a bit shocked to find something red and crispy on the towel that I was to lie my face on! I mentioned it to Kay and she tried to tell me it was a stain.. but it wasn't. Anyway she changed it. The massage itself was very good.. painful.. but in a good way 🤣

Had a lovely experience at Knutsford Medi Spa, very relaxing and one of the best pedicures I have had. Lauren was very experienced but very gentle. I would strongly recommend her and will definitely be booking again soon.

I honestly can’t recommend William enough. From the second I walked in, the whole experience felt calming, welcoming and luxurious. It wasn’t just the facial itself although my skin genuinely looks unbelievable today, it was William’s energy, the atmosphere, the clinic and the care throughout the entire process. You can tell so much thought and passion goes into what he does. I left feeling amazing both inside and out and I already can’t wait to come back. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Sylfirm X Just started a course of 5 treatments. William talked through EVERYTHING, explaining each step and the science behind it. I felt incredibly safe and even though it’s a bit pinchy at times, it’s totally bearable, some passes I couldn’t even feel! I was red for about 12 hours and woke up the next day to no traces of any treatment. Almost zero downtime! William also uses RED and NIR light during the treatment, enhancing its effects as well as aiding in healing. It’s a beautiful practice, nothing clinical or scary, it’s far more spa like and has a really relaxing atmosphere.
