best experience today. I had fat dissolve in chin in past iv had injection just put in chin this was a proper procedure that goes into the fat into neck . didn't feel a thing as I was numb didn't even feel numbing needle . john was brilliant talked me through procedure. aftercare leaflets. I'm so happy today feel like iv not been ripped off and had proper treatment.

Absolutely wonderful, I’ve completed 2 treatments with Tracy and very happy with the results ( Esme Chair and Lymphatic Drainage) I’m about to begin the next 🙂Tracy is so friendly, she will ease any nerves and answer your questions. If you’re interested in the treatments, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Had a headspa from Dawn tonight, can’t recommend highly enough. Super relaxing and my skin and hair are so soft now. Dawn is lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Space is gorgeous too!

Staff are very welcoming and polite. I was offered a delicious cup of coffee. My skin was examined and we talked about appropriate treatments tailored just for me. Overall, a very good impression made. Only thing now, is deciding whether i go for the full works ultra or the perfect skin package with some extras added. 10/10
