Very professional

I have been a patient of Dr. Majid for the past 6 years, and he is so kind and provides excellent service. He is very honest with his patients. Also, the clinic owner, Mrs. Ladan, is an awesome person. Dr. Banaz is very good at Botex and filler. They give me the best service at a reasonable price. They trust their clients and understand their patients' desires. I am so happy and have never had a bad experience with them. Best service. 😀👌

I apologized on my comment recently, she fixed the problem and resolve my eyebrow, I was soo rude and I admit my mistake to comment bad about the service, it was my mistake using my rejuvenate before my eyebrow microbladding. The service was nice and the staff are very kind and helpful and I recommend this clinic.

I love Gina. She’s very passionate on what she does and my Forma facials are something I look forward to.

Wendy was very professional and she did a fantastic job! I will visit again!

I recently had an appointment with Anna and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The place was clean, relaxing and had a calming atmosphere. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to details. I had a skin assessment with Jenny who was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any treatment or anything I didn’t need like other skin clinics I have been too. I ended up going with Forma and had my first treatment. I am beyond thrilled how well my skin responded and the noticeable change just after the one session. I actually went out the folllowing day without any make up. My skin feels so refreshed and clear.
