First time being to the salon, and had my first RF skin tightening treatment and I can already see such a big difference! My skin feels firmer, more contoured, and noticeably smoother. The salon was beautiful and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. My beautician was lovely, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend if you’re considering skin tightening - already looking forward to my next session!

Melissa was so lovely, professional, gave me lots of advice & answered all my questions. I can already feel a dramatic improvement with my skin after 3 quick laser sessions. I can not recommend the Le Beua Room enough! The team are compassionate and take the time to know my skin concerns thoroughly which is so important for me as I have super sensitive skin and skin lifting with waxing. I have had treatments from all the team and I can honestly say no matter who you see you won’t be disappointed. The space and decor are beautiful too!

Mary is incredibly and so knowledgeable. Obsessed with this treatment. It gives me the most amazing results where even my husband notices how glowy my skin looks!

I absolutely love seeing Mary for my facials and other treatments. Her blueberry smoothie in particular works wonders (to the point where my husband notices my skin)! She is so lovely and always listens to my concerns and provides treatments and advice based on that. I can’t recommend her enough!

So relaxing and my skin felt great after my facial. Will definitely be coming back

Excellent. Clean, fresh room . Procedures explained before treatmen and during . Written and verbal follow on treatment and how the skin will go through stages before fully healed. Very happy!

I had 2 hours of blissfully relaxing facial treatments for Mother’s Day at OUCH Waxing Studio. I was feeling very flat when I walked into OUCH but floated on air when I walked out. It was a freezing cold day but the heater was on and Suzanne put a blanket over me, I think I nodded off at one point I was so relaxed. My skin has never felt better and I left with products and knowledge on how to look after my skin at home. I highly recommend OUCH to everyone especially tired mums who need a nap.

Suzanne is incredible. I have never been comfortable with wearing no make up . I have worn a full face since I was 13 . I love what she has done for my skin , I’m so comfortable and happy with it i can easily have make up free days .
