It was an amazing experience, the place is beautiful and the treatment was amazing. The stone was nice, not really warm which is a shame and looses its heat half way through the treatment. The woman that did my treatment was great and very professional! I was a bit surprised we didn’t get moisturised after such a treatment just felt a bit like a missing last step, since exfoliation really dries your skin. But I still had a lovely time and the bathhouse and the skin products like the moisturiser in the bathroom were amazing too! Thank you so much, would love to come back

The Hamman body a in was absolutely sensational - the best treatment I have ever had and such a unique experience. The front of house was disappointing. My friend was shushed on arrival and motioned to thaw the receptionist was on the phone. This same member of staff continued to be unfriendly / cold in her manner and then assumed me to be pregnant explaining I would not be able to attend the bathhouse versus asking “ are either of you pregnant”.

Thank you Keshia yet again. I loved the microcurrent facial that I just experienced. My skin is tingling and feels fresh and moisturised and now that I'm home I can see it looks great too. To top it all off it was relaxing and I feel rejuvenated. I'm going to spoil my daughter and book her in for a lovely facial with you too.

First time visit. Was very good. We have been to lots of 5 Star Spas in AUstralia and Asia. We had to ask for a bath robe after our massage. 1 of the people did not get asked any questions about pressure or sore areas and ended up having a much lighter massage than they were hopeful to get but did not feel comfortable asking which was a shame. We were unsure how long we were supposed to be in the bath house section as our massages started and ran late. Facilities were good but were over crowded at time as the pool was not big enough for more than 4 people that did not know each other.

It is really hard to describe how I feel after my time with Barbara. Physically and aesthetically, I can absolutely see the improvement in my skin and features, because my muscles are being exercised and cared for, from a psychological perspective, the time I make for myself to receive this care and calm is invaluable. Barbara is a clever and authentic professional and as a 58yo woman, who’s been involved in the industry I have never experienced such a service or a person like Barbara. xx

Kesh makes skin needling feel like a total pamper experience with lots of 'extras' to the treatment, and she numbs the skin topically before she starts so it feels more like dermabrasion. The face, neck and chest skin needling sessions have made a huge difference to my 50+ skin: skin looks fresher, moisturisers and serums absorb better, the fine lines on my face and chest have reduced, the depth of the fine lines around my mouth have reduced and my top lip is plumper. This was my third session. Highly Recommend.

We had a lovely time, the new expansion is gorgeous and the whole place has such a serene atmosphere, the staff were incredibly lovely and always happy to help. The only feedback I’d provide is the amenities, mainly that there wasn’t a range of hydralytes/skin products on offer other than the bulk lotions and shampoos and products available for purchase - additionally after our scalp massage (although I understand why rubber gloves are used it did detract from the experience) there was no hairbrush and we left with rats nests to drive home with. All else was incredible and we still enjoyed it.

Thank you it was lovely. Very calming, relaxing and my skin feels so soft. I liked that the warm towels smelt like the essential oils. My therapist had such a soft gentle touch. I traveled an hour to get here and it was very worth the drive!
