Great experience with my first visit at Mandala Aesthetics and also my first HIFU treatment. Stephanie was absolutely lovely, she is friendly, thorough and professional. My friend recently visited Steph for HIFU and recommended her highly so I booked myself in and would also recommend the HIFU to anyone who feels like the signs of ageing such as skin laxity and sagging and need a collagen boost to uplift your face naturally by tightening the proteins underneath the skin. Stephanie patiently walked me through the process before, during and after the treatment and was very informative. 10/10 :)

Excellent customer service!! Even while the store being packed with other clients Tanya still managed to make me feel important, answer all my questions, did not rush me to make a sale or rush me out the door, she made sure I understood how to use the products, explain the science behind the products, I even gave her the opportunity to up sale me but she informed me that I didn’t need a certain product for my skin type. Very impressed, feel like I’m in very safe hands, will definitely be a returning customer. Very rare to find this quality of customer service these days. Thank you 💕

Went back to Tulip for touch up after roughly 4 weeks and upon seeing my newly retouched eyebrows on the wall mirror, it was just perfect for my face! Tara, my aesthetician, nailed it! My daughter whom I tagged along with said it looked natural on my face and the colour suited me. I requested for brown shade and Tara educated me about the perfect colour that will match my hair tone. It came out as I expected. She said it will lighten more in days ahead showing the shade of brown prominently. I love it already though. And no redness nor inflamed skin on my sensitive skin after the procedure!

Marta is exceptional. Her customer service, her knowledge and her energy is highly commendable. I love the wellness packages on offer and am thoroughly enjoying my fat cavitation and rf skin tightening sessions . I can't wait to try out more services.
