I’ve been having laser treatments with Michaela and the whole process has been effortless. She explained everything clearly, was super friendly and professional, and really understood my concerns. I’ve had two treatments on my neck for hormone-related hair growth that worsened after pregnancy. Before, I shaved daily (sometimes twice), leaving my skin red and irritated. Since my first treatment, the hair growth has completely slowed down and now I only need to shave every 3–5 days, the hair is finer and less visible, and the redness is gone.
