This spa is amazing. LADIES ! If you are looking to do laser treatment this is definitely the place to go!!! I have been here four times already and from the first time, you can tell that the machine that they use is high-quality and will definitely give you results in the long run. Over the years, of course I have tried other places depending on where I was in the world. Nothing compares to Olenza’s! For the first time, I had a facial there. It was a Mother’s Day gift. Again, over the years, I have had several facials but none compare to the personalized experience that I received today. My skin feels and looks amazing! I am so grateful for this beautiful salon. The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's
