I had a wonderful experience with my facial therapist Alena. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and caring. She took great care of my skin and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I could really feel the difference in my skin after the session. Truly excellent service.

The facial session was amazing, the specialist who did my session was super gentle, professional, sweet and even her voice tone was calm and soothing. She was helpful and honest when It come to which treatment I should get.she was super gentle throughout the session and the end result was amazing and we achieved our targeted concerns!.After finishing she made sure to inform me of the Do’s and Don’t’s which I really appreciate. Overall my experience was amazing and the staff were super welcoming and polite, the vibes of the place were absolutely immaculate, Thank you for the amazing experience.

My first experience with FACETTE FACIAL BAR Clinic.The clinic is perfect ,clean ,good location and the stuff very friendly .Miss Alena was amazing ,very professional and with excellent experience. At first, I was nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. The results turned out exactly how I wanted. It was my first time to get a facial in Dubai and I had the best experience at Facette Facial Bar. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. I really felt seen, heard, and understood regarding my skin concerns. I had the customized facial and looking forward to having my regular facial there!

The treatment by itself was good and does what it claimed. However I understood that it was 50 mins long (and had been in the prior sessions I booked) however this time it was only 30 mins long. The price needs to justify the length of the treatment. If I’m paying for 50 mins and I’m down in 30 due to limited skin issue, the rest of the time should be spent of giving the customer a massage or something.

I had the Japanese hair and face spa at Incoco Style Salon in Business Bay, and it was such a relaxing and refreshing experience! From the ambiance to the service, everything was just perfect. The staff was professional and made sure I felt pampered throughout. My hair feels silky smooth and my skin is glowing! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality treatments and a peaceful self-care session. 🌿
