She reached out to me beforehand asking if I had any photos and what I would like done. During the appointment she talked me through every step of what she was doing. They came out phenomenally and I’m literally obsessed.

My massage was absolutely amazing! She did a great job working out the knots in my neck and lower back. You know it's a good massage when you feel like a jellyfish after. Getting to take a dip in the pool and hot tub afterwards was icing on the cake.

Cierra C was amazing. I gave her a general idea with a Pinterest photo noting I did not want blonde at all, and she gave BEYOND what I imagined ♥️ also I was nervous to take off 7 inches as I’ve never gone so short, and it looks AMAZING. Cannot thank her enough. Wish I didn’t live in Georgia because I would love this to be my forever salon !!!

I have had seven facials, three massages and one body scrub. I have enjoyed every minute of it!! Ciara really gets all the tension out of my body with her deep tissue massages. My facials have been with both Lori and Rhiannon and my skin has never looked better. If you want to treat yourself to some self care I highly recommend Ritual Spa at The George Washington Hotel!! The Salon is such a warm and welcoming place. Each stylist is always laugh or smiling whether it be with eachother or their client. Allison always goes above and beyond, she makes sure to touch on every detail before doing anything from cut to color! I couldn't ask for a better stylist to care for me during my hair journey!

I had the ultimate relaxing experience at The Ritual Spa! First I spent time in the pool and hot tub which got me into a relaxing mood. Then I had a facial with Rhiannon. She customized it just for me and listened to my skin concerns. The head massage included was amazing! Then I had a full body massage with Sierra, which was also customized to me and SO good! The whole atmosphere was so gorgeous with so many special extras like a comfy robe, slippers, and even snacks. You absolutely must try this place!

This salon is wonderful! Their survey makes it so easy and stress free to book with them because you tell them what you want and then it is booked on their end. The atmosphere and staff are so positive and welcoming it is so refreshing! They go above and beyond in customer service with offering drinks, snacks, heated towels with aromatherapy, and scalp massages. Most places recommend that you to come back in about 8 weeks for a touch up, I have been more of a 1-2 times per year type of person until coming to Coven salon… but now I am excited for my touch up appointment in a few weeks!
