Perfect combination of elegance and quality. From the moment you step in, you are greeted with smiling faces and a warm atmosphere. Weena is unbelievably talented and so in tune with her art. She delivered the perfect amount of pressure and did wonders for my overly tense shoulders. She also included so many elements that are generally separate massages but all in one was an unexpected and very welcomed session of pampering. Hot stones, warm towels, warm oil, wraps, heated table, heated bean bags placed all over. I can't believe everything I got in 90 minutes for such a great price. Loved it!

We celebrated our anniversary at Ganesha Thai Massage Spa today with my Husband. It was our first at the spa and we were greeted with hospitality and soothing tea. We did a 90 min couples massage that included a soak for our feet, full body thai massage, hot stones and great stretches. Nion and Keo, our masseuses, were friendly and professional. Afterwards we chatted with the owners and were served more delicious tea. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I highly recommend this place. They value customer experience and service.

I'm a long time supporter but today took my handyman and his wife as a gift. As service providers they rarely are on the receiving end of being cared for. They couldn't have been happier with their experience. They got knots out that they didn't even realize they had. They will definitely be back.

My Thai massage with Weena was one of the best massages I've ever had. The stretches were perfect and her pressure was extremely firm. I do intense strength training 3 days a week and workout in general almost every day. This is exactly what I need. I will be back many more times.

This place is a hidden gem in Alexandria. I love the warm welcome of the staff. The warm water bath massage, hot stone massage, stretching and atmosphere. The place is very clean and comfortable and the warm sheets were the cherry on top. Can’t wait to come back!

This was my second visit. The professional front desk, staff created an exceptional warm and welcoming experience which immersed me in an atmosphere of care, priority, connectedness, which left me with a lasting impression that I can’t wait to come back again when I’m in the area. The massage therapists are professionals, and the 120 minute Thai massage that I received left a lasting impression which included the traditional foot bathing, heated table for relaxation, Thai stretches that alleviated all of my inflammation, hot stones, and professional who taught me Thai culture and language.

My husband and I came for a 90 minutes couples massage. I was attended to by Nadia. The entire experience was amazing. Clean and cozy environment. Nadia was so strong and so thorough. I loved the stretching and the deep tissue massage. The hot stones and hot towels were a wonderful surprise that helped to relax my muscles even more. We both cannot wait to go back!

Rosa was amazing and thorough with her Thai massage…I will definitely be back every time I’m in Alexandria!!!! The decor and cleanliness was spot on as well as the small details of hot towels, tiger balm and hot stones.

Viva is incredible! She is so kind and so strong! She even told me she was “holding back just a little,” so next time she promised to go full power! The Thai massage experience is so much more satisfying than a regular massage. Definitely could feel that Viva worked hard to get after problem areas instead of just generally rubbing. Also great package with hot stones and amazing deep tissue!

OMG, I Just had 3hr Thai massage at Ganesha and it was AMAZING!!! My stress is gone. I’m 60 and Weena has given me a greater range of motion and all my kinks have disappeared…my favorite is the pressure on hips and pushing down, equal pushing on upper back and lower back (walking on back), breaking out the fascia (better than a roller), the occipital release, neck area, bottoms of feet and I could just go on and on! The hot stones are so therapeutic! I’m addicted to this wellness journey now and feel it is really a cure to the body. Best decision of 2025 to do this every 2 weeks!

My husband and I went to Ganesha for a couple’s massage and they were amazing! Very relaxing and they made sure to address all of our trouble areas. They were VERY thorough and were the sweetest people. The hot tea before and after also helped add to our relaxation! We will definitely make this our massage spot when we come back.
