I had the Zenyu Japanese Head Spa, and would recommend it to everyone to try. 90 mins of total relaxation. The head, face, neck and shoulders are all massaged and manipulated as part of the treatment. The pressure of the massage was perfect! It's amazing just how much tension we hold in our scalp and face; that started to melt away within 10 minutes of the treatment starting and continued right to the end. It left me relaxed, yet energised in a way that tension never let's you. 110% worth it, in fact I'll be booking in again very soon.
