Such a great massage! Booked in for a 90 minute hot oil but whilst there and with the therapist, we decided to change to a deep tissue. She was incredible! Found build ups in my muscles that I don’t even know existed and did some magic in my armpit that releases my neck?? Amazing. Will be back!!

We had an amazing experience at the Wellness Lounge. The host, Filip, was an absolute Star - he talked us through every aspect of the room with a true passion for what he was doing. Filipino was fantastic in guiding us today on our use of the recovery Lounge as it was our first time visiting. He explained what we were doing and the benefit it would provide us. He was very supportive and motivating when it came to the ice bath that I was apprehensive to do. Had an INCREDIBLE buccal/intra-oral massage with Holly. I’m a chronic grinder/clencher and wanted to avoid botox in my jaw as I didn’t want to lose any definition. I was hoping for a nice firm massage and it went beyond that! Felt really targeted to all my tense points and very thorough, instantly feeling less tense around my jaw🤩 The place itself is super warm, cosy and welcoming and Holly was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed straight away :) will definitely be back!!

I have tried 3 other massage places in Cardiff and this is by far the very best! I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks for 2 x 2 hour massages. I had a hot stone massage with Jess the first time and today a deep tissue massage with Jane - they are both so lovely and amazing at their job! Jane is so strong, the pressure of the massage was just perfect (quite often people aren’t strong enough To do deep tissue) - fantastic and will definitely be back! Thank you - April xx

Lovely treatment! From start to finish Camille was so warm professional and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The session was excellent and I’ve never experienced that quality of care before, even the simple touch of a bottle of water make such a difference and I will definitely be returning, and recommending.
