Shelby did a phenomenal job with my back massage. After suffering from back pain for many years, I immediately felt a significant reduction in tension and an overall improvement. I highly recommend Shelby; she was excellent.

Helen once again was superb and made me feel at ease with issues surrounding my back. She used the hot stones for the first time, together with massage and cupping and all in all it was a fabulous experience. Helen is clearly an expertise and professional in this field of work and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Helen!

What can I say?? Helen is amazing and has magic hands. She always seems to know the best way to help you after only a couple of questions. The best part is you aren't restricted to one treatment so if you need hot stones on one area and cupping on another that's what you get.

Had a fantastic yoga massage by Helen, she was recommended by someone I know and I realised I knew Helen from dancing years ago, I knew she would be good, highly trained and invested in her treatments from how I knew her as a dance teacher and I was right!
