I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

Had the most gorgeous time here! Had a BIAB manicure and luxury pedicure done by the lovely lady with the blue hair. So friendly, and took the care to ask me what my priorities and preferences were for my nails. Highlight was the luxury pedicure - loved the colourful petals in the water, and it was such a perk to be able to watch RHODUBAI on a massive screen right in front (while eating a complementary cupcake!). I sometimes struggle with what to do with myself during a pedicure, but this made me feel really comfortable. Wonderful massage with my pedicure too.

She was really good. Profesional and friendly. Hitting right through my knots and trigger points. Made me do some gentle stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. Also gave me advice at the end of the session and I will definitely return back to do instead of a 90 mins deep tissue massage, 30 mins session to get rid of these multiple stubborn knots that cause so much pain.
