Charlotte is so focused and tuned in when she massages me . She doesn’t just go through the motions like other massage therapists I have had. I won a voucher & went ahead & booked 2 treatments for the first time. I was given a really warm welcome & made to fell very comfortable. Charlotte explained what / how she operates which was great for a newbie. I had a lovely back massage & my nail done. She has a great manner so it was a great experience & i would highly recommend her & will go back for more myself !
